Hey there... guess what I had a great beginning of last week! and then had a little shaky end of the week into the weekend....
I've come to a huge conclusion at least for me... When I don't work out and give myself 3 or more days off from the work outs.. I start to revert back to the old habits. yup! When I exercise, something about it just changes my whole out look and thought process.
I had originally thought i'll work out 3-4 days in a row then take some days off... doesn't look like that will work for me. Maybe 2 work out then 1 day off.. then 2 then 1 off.. I'm still figuring it out.. The bottom line is I just have to be consistent!
Any how... I lost 3 pounds.. since last week
I wish it was more.. but as I said I did have a shaky weekend.. I splurged.. and I didn't exercise for 3 days..
Ok so now its week 2. Having a bit of a struggle to get back in the groove. I was very good all day in the eating.. and posting of food... You know what I love??? is that spagetti squash. yummy and low fat.
Tonight I took my gyms combat class... OMG... what a work out. That will be part of my work out regimen now.. It is so much fun and hard.. I just have to keep doing it to get good at it..
