So I spent two lovely weeks in Miami-- from the 5th to the 19th. Have I ever told you guys how much I love me some Cuban/Caribbean food? I do! I ate and ate and ate... Thankfully did not go over 180 but I did gain a few pounds. I did complete a week of C25K over there, but I messed up on week 3 since I went to Disney with my sister and cousin. So I started week 3 again today.
Now that it's Monday, I am back on the bandwagon. I really need to count calories, so I will start doing that again because I have not been as serious about weight loss as I should be. I'm stagnant in the 170s. Feels like every 25 or so lbs this happens to me!!! I want to be in the 140s by Christmas time , and I don't feel this is an unreasonable goal. I just have to work at it.
Anyway, need to go put some stuff in my tracker. Catch you all later! Will try and post more frequently. :)
