My weight has currently been averaging 145 ish, which is a little lower than it had been. It's actually about where I had secretly hoped it would be, but I never dreamed it possible. I haven't been eating much for bread/wheat products lately, and I think that agrees nicely with me. I don't want to give up dairy, which is strongly recommended by the WomanCode protocol (from a very interesting book I've been reading with that title by Alisa Vitti) at least temporarily to rule out a dairy sensitivity as well as limit the extra intake of estrogen that is found often in dairy products. I like that her approach makes so much nutritional sense, and that she recommends the little at a time changes if the reader decides to make the changes.
Been doing lots of reading since summer break began. My rash from weeding is clearing up, and it has been pretty bearable for the last several days. I continue to take 4-5 day hiatus from internet, and I LOVE it!
