Back on the Veggie Band Wagon

Monday, June 24, 2013

Well my time off has come to an end. The two weddings over with. My garden in place and a family reunion over with. All in all a wonderful few months.
Now that life is going to be back to normal I have renewed my commitment to finish losing the weight and the added weight since taking a break last April.
Today was good. I got an hour of water aerobics in. Had a great salad for lunch. Nice morning shake with lots of kale for Breakfast.
I'm starting my four night shifts shortly. I don't mind that though as I seem to be more structured while on a work stretch. I have plenty of fruits and veggies to last the week. Made up my oatmeal and boiled some eggs for my salads. After taking a nap I managed to get a 40 minute walk in down the road. Took in some sunshine while getting that bit of exercise. "Smile, our local radio announcer always say. The sunshine is good for your teeth".
I'm looking forward to visiting with you all soon.
