I did a mud run this weekend (it was a SUPER intense 4 miles), bringing my total to 5 races so far= 50% done. I am so glad that I have had my dear friend to motivate me along the way.
In the past week, I have fallen off the wagon of tracking my food, but keeping my fitness goals in line is motivating me to get back with it. Woohoo!
