Can I have a do over? PLEASE??? I haven't gone to the gym in probably 2-3 weeks. I have started drinking soda again. BOO... My motivation has gone away. Not sure what happened. It really bums me out. I feel bad . I am very disappointed in myself. I thought I had more self control than this. A little help please? What motivates you?

    Absolutely. You get as many do-overs as it takes, and it can start at any time. It might be easier to make one change at a time, and work your way up to the healthy lifestyle that you want. Success is highly motivating, so when you are successful at just one thing (soda?) you may be motivated to do one thing more (walking?) and so on...

    Tracking nutrition and fitness helps with motivation, too. It's so easy to see how small changes make a difference when you track them.

    I can't possibly count the number of times I "quit" smoking before I finally quit for realsies seventeen years ago. Healthy living is one step at a time for all of us.
