I'm kind of proud of me for sticking with it. I got a new scale. I thought that would be a good thing. Instead it measured me a couple of pounds higher than the old one did. I didn't realize that would throw me for a loop. It actually decreased my motivation, although I stuck to plan begrudgingly. I just have to get over that feeling of defeat. Other than that, I did 32 minutes on the treadmill and 10 min. of Pilates this morning.
