I am almost to 199 so to get there I am giving me a date to reach it by. On August 3rd we go tubing down one of our local rivers. It is sooo much fun and it is a yearly tradition with my friends. Basically we all bring floats, coolers, food, water guns, beach balls and tie our floats together and float to the end of the river. It takes 4 hours but is the most fun we have all summer!
That gives me 6 weeks to get to 199. I am at 205 right now so that means if I lose a pound a week I will make my goal. If I find myself exceeding that goal I will try for 10 pounds. I don't want to be to easy on myself but I don't want to reach for something unreasonable and then be disappointed if I miss that goal.
My plan for reaching this goal is:
1. Go to the gym (or exercise at home) 3-4 times a week.
2. Track my food EVERYDAY...I have a hard time with this so this will be the hardest thing for me to stick with.
3. Water, Water, Water :) Luckily I really like drinking water and very rarely drink something else.
Does anyone else have any summer goals they want to reach?
