To Map My Run??? Or Not to Map My Run???? That's the question

Friend suggested I use the Map My Run app.
It was neat to see how far I slogged---3.2 miles.
It was NOT neat to see how slowly I slogged. It's actually a downer.
Whatever, just keep going. One foot in front of the other.
I enjoy it, so why am I worrying about this?

    Slogged again today using Map My Run. Another 3.22 miles. I like to imagine I'm running a 5k. I'm making peace with my speed and celebrating my distance.

    I really enjoy the Map My Run app even though I know that I don't use it to its fullest potential. I think you did a great job! It will be fun to watch your pace improve over time. Just remember that you can't expect improvement every single time. I fall into that trap at times and get annoyed with myself when I'm slower than the time before. Watch your trends and you will be pleased!
