I will try to find some quick and easy meal idea because I normally cook full blown meals. I need to switch to quick, easy and healthy. That is something I am going to work on. I could easily eat tuna fish, pickles, eggs, mayo on crackers but my husband won't so it's usually cooking a meal. I will start working on him so he can benefit from quick and easy meals that aren't loaded with fat and calories.
