I got over my blip yesterday and came back strong. I did forty minutes of 'kickbox bootcamp' then a little later I did the 45 minutes of 'cardio kick'. Love both those workouts! Need to think about getting another one to add to the mix though, because it doesn't take your body too long to get used to a routine, but if I keep swapping them around that should help.
So yes, I've sweated buckets today, and now I'm tired and my legs are quite achey, but hell its a good ache!
