Having a Tough Time Today

I'm feeling a lot of stress today for a couple different reasons. I am really trying not to binge. It's 10:30 and I already had my breakfast, snack and lunch. At this rate I'll be eating dinner by noon. I have to get this under control!

    Go take a walk . Drink a glass of water slowly. If you r really need another snack then eat almonds with part skim string cheese , or an apple and 1 tbsp. peanut butter around 3pm. Do not overeat. A HEALTHY SNACK IS BETTER THAN OVEREATING.

    take some deep breaths, drink water SLOWLY and ask yourself are you are to let stress make you over eat. NO.. emoticon you are worth it.

    and then go take a walk, even if just around the block
