Wow, two months tracking already... And to show for it....
Water: I bumped this up to 1+ liters of water, so it doesn't have to be 2l, but just over 1, and if I felt like I was pretty good with it. Five days this week! And I'm still drinking more water overall.
Fruit/veg: Also 5 days! Getting better there too. Opting for salads for lunch/dinner a little more, and taking fruit for snacks.
Exercise: 2 days. Better there, not great though.
No fried: 3 days.
I'm having some thoughts/concerns about my health. Commitment to myself: if things aren't resolved by this time next week, I WILL make a doctor appointment if I haven't done so already. I know they'll tell me to make a few changes anyway, so might as well try those before I spend time and money on someone else telling me to do it.
