This is my new motto. Because I feel like I have done nothing but start over since I hit my goal weight 2 years ago and then gained it ALL back. I am tired of posting the "I am ready to try this again" blogs. I am tired of yo-yo'ing on the scale. And I am very much tired of feeling like crap.
So this will be my last starting over blog. This is my fresh start blog and if I fall off again, I will just pick back up and keep on keepin' on. I have to do this for me.
Starting Weight: 160.4 (heaviest I have ever been not pregnant)
Starting Body Fat%: 39.3 (this is from my scale so I know its not completely accurate, but still a good starting idea)
Waist: 37.5" (measured at belly button, biggest part of my waist)
Now for those goals:
Goal Weight #1: 145 by my 27th Birthday on 10/22
Goal Weight #2 130 by 2014
Final Goal Weight: 125
Portion Control. Portion Control. Portion Control. My number one issue. I did so well when I weighed/measured/and tracked my food intake.
MOVE. Walking. Biking. Dance Fitness. Jillians 30DS. I can't lay around on the couch all day expecting to hit these goals.
Thank you all for your support as I have gone through this process. It's because of my SP friends that I am here again and ready to do this!
