Ready to get back on track

Monday, June 24, 2013

having health issues. had a blocked bile duct the end of May 23 was in the hospital almost 2 weeks. went back to the emergency room on June 8th with chest pains, they informed me I had a heart attack. they did tons of tests and didn't find any blockage. The lower section of my heart was slightly weaker than the rest of the heart. They determined I had vasospasms and put me on a ton of new meds. This week I'm so dizzy its hard to function. now I have to figure out what med is making me so dizzy or it it is because they have my BP and heart rate so slow. I'm ready to start feeling better again so I can get back to concentrating on my weight loss. its very hard to exercise when you cant stand without feeling like your going to pass out. I want to get to that 100 lb loss milestone emoticon

One step at a time, one pound at a time! Hope you can resolve your medical questions soon and get back on track. I'll be standing by, waiting for that milestone too with a couple of these:

Have you contacted your doctor(s) about what's going on? What about your pharmacist? They often have a good idea about what medication(s) or mixture of meds cause what problems.

Wishing you all the best in determining what's going on and that you will be healthy enough to get back to exercising. emoticon about your recent health problems and hospitalization.
