I said I'd run, so I'm doing it today, right after I finish this blog!
Today I made my usual breakfast, chopping up a huge batch of veggies (bell peppers, vidalia onions, spinach, and mushrooms) for the omelet and storing the extra veggies for the rest of the week! Lunch was leftover cod and carrots. Dinner will be paleo coconut shrimp and mango chutney w/ steamed broccoli, and a small piece of dark chocolate. Snacks: nuts and a banana, and canned tuna if I'm still hungry.
I've noticed that I am feeling less and less able to handle dairy, even in its raw and lactose-free forms. I think I might have an allergy... it really makes my muscles and joints hurt, and makes me lethargic... so I am going to try to cut it completely out of my diet. I found a cultured coconut milk "yogurt" at the store yesterday, and I'm going to try to use that in place of sour cream! The only thing I will really miss is cheese. . . oh well.

Today I did my weekly HIIT on the treadmill.
This is what I look like after sprinting intervals :)
Warmup: 2.5 mph for 5 min
Run: 30 sec between 4-6 mph, then 120 sec walk, repeat 8 times
Cooldown: Walk 2.5 mph for 5 min
Total Workout: 30 min
After that, I did some Weight Loss Yoga and stretching for 20 minutes.
Today = Success.
