Yipee! It's working!

I have been jogging (which I like to call running) in intervals during my walks each day and keeping a log of my mileage, time, and pace.
This morning I discovered that I improved my minutes per mile over last Wednesday by nearly 2 minutes!
I am SO excited about that! I think that means the intervals are working their magic in my body!
