Well, I gained back exactly the weight I lost last week. Not surprising, as I attended 3 (yes, 3) dinner parties this week (June is a crazy time in the school system and we celebrate this by adding on retirement parties, staff dinners, etc.) I thought I was making reasonable choices, but I did have more alcoholic beverages than I normally would and more dairy.
Anyway - my mind feels okay, so I'm not stressing about this. I actually feel like I'm making good progress in my head! A neat thing about SP is that your logs are there for ages, so I went back through all my old food logs and exercise logs from two years ago when I was first losing a steady amount of weight every week. I noticed some great patterns...was eating less than I am now, restricting certain foods, and exercising daily. So all I'm going to do is focus on this past success. I know what has worked for my body in the past and I'm going to do that again!
Have had a very good weekend. Am working this program!
