I have been eating (and drinking) crap so it is no wonder that I feel like crap. Vacations are great, but this one has already taken a hit on my food intake and my wallet. We drive down to FL from AL (it takes us about 15 hours). This time we stopped on the way. Lots of sugar, fast food, convenience food. When we arrived, I bought some groceries and have some healthy choices at our rental house, but yesterday we spent the day out with cousins so more fast food and bad choices.

I opened up my email this morning and got my sparkmail messages, I really needed that. I came to the site, spun the wheel, tracked my breakfast. I am going to have a better day today. We are staying near home and will eat our meals in. I had oatmeal with blueberries for breakfast.

I really love SP. I love that I can have a few days off and still come right back. I love the emails with the inspirational quotes and links to great blogs. I love the nutrition tracker and fitness tracker. I especially love all my sparkfriends, I love catching up with them on their blogs even when I have been away for a while.     Keep on keeping on! Cut yourself some slack about the past days' crap and try to make today a "happy medium" day with a few more good choices. Then you'll sleep like a guilt-free baby tonight! emoticon
