One of our Weekend Challenges is to "imagine yourself" reaching the goals that we set for this round of BLC22 and blog about reaching one of them.
My BLC22 goals are:
- to lose 22 pounds
- drink 10 cups of water/day (80 ounces)
- exercise a minimum of 20 minutes/day 5 days/week
- track all my nutrition in the Spark tracker
- make one recipe per week from the Spark Solution Cookbook
I have chosen "lose 22 pounds" as my "imagine" because all of the rest of the goals support me achieving that ultimate goal of minus 22 pounds ...
Wow ... I did it! I have reached the final weigh in for BLC22 and I did it!
I am minus 22 more pounds!
I have broken through that "roadblock" of 230#'s and am sitting at 229#'s. It has been so long since I have seen that number ... way too many years in fact.
I know I had doubts about getting there ... a BIG vacation loomed ahead of me, being gone from my home environment for over two weeks. Over two weeks of travel, including celebrations, reunions, and parties. I tackled the FEAR because I knew what to do, I had the tools!
Friends and relatives noticed my weight loss ... well, it is over 65#'s gone now since I started this quest. I shared my "spark" story with all who would listen as it is important to me to share such a wonderful gift.
I feel so good ... I am even contemplating starting a running program. My energy level is high, I even switched to half caffeine
in my coffee!
Spark on little Cookie fox ... I am in sight of "onederland" and over half way to my goal weight. I CAN DO IT!!
