One of my goals needs to stop starting. I would like to stay on track!
The last few weeks have been filled with stress and worry, and those are some of my binge/junk food eating triggers. My weight has gone up and down, and I've started to feel lethargic again.
I am on track to do better this week with (mostly) planned meals and an exercise schedule in place. So while I am feeling a bit bummed out now, I know that in even a week or two from now, I'll be able to feel the difference. I still need to find a better way to incorporate foods with lower fat, calories, and carbs, though.
