One of my goals needs to stop starting. I would like to stay on track!

The last few weeks have been filled with stress and worry, and those are some of my binge/junk food eating triggers. My weight has gone up and down, and I've started to feel lethargic again.

I am on track to do better this week with (mostly) planned meals and an exercise schedule in place. So while I am feeling a bit bummed out now, I know that in even a week or two from now, I'll be able to feel the difference. I still need to find a better way to incorporate foods with lower fat, calories, and carbs, though.

    Don't try and make all your changes. Just pick up one or two little ones, shayde! Build the foundation one bit of a time. It's changing your life. It doesn't happen all at once or overnight.

    Take the changes slowly, allowing your body to adjust to the changes. Trying to do too much at once will only cause more stress. Making small goals that you can control (you can control what you eat and how much you exercise but your body decides how much weight it will lose or gain) will help you to feel successful along the way.
