Made it to the gym this morning, and did two more minutes on the elliptical than yesterday, plus crunches and a plank hold. It's only Day Two, but I feel like I might get somewhere!

I'll only post my minute increment increases until I hit the full 28 minute elliptical cycle, I promise! emoticon

great way to start the day, isn't it? I try my best to get in my AM workout. Then if something happens during the day and I have to miss my after work gym time, I don't feel too bad.

this morning was chest, shoulders and triceps on the BowFlex
