So, I went for my WW weekly weight in. I lost another 3 pounds. I have had an average of a loss of 3 pounds a week since I started. The "counselor" told me I was going to fast. That I had to slow it down. It wasn't good to lose more then 2 pounds a week.
My question to this is : According to the BMI chart, I could comfortably lose another 50 pounds and still not be at the lower end of the healthy weight for me ( 125-165). And I am still considered obese on the same chart.
I know that the heavier you are the more you lose per week. I didn't expect my weight loss to slow down to 1 or 1.5 pound a week until I only had about 20 pounds to lose.
Now she raised a doubt in my mind. I am still doing 2 hours of exercices 6 times a week. It is a confortable routine : 50 minutes bike ride in the morning, 60 minutes walk with my lovey at night and kettlebell DVD( 45 minutes) 3 times a week.
I eat all of my daily points plus the weekly one. I don't touch the activity points.
I am losing too fast? Should I eat more? ( very scary tought...)
I sooo not want to screw this up.
