Back on track

You guys boost me up so high, I have no choice but to prove you right. I'm back on track with a vengeance, and have lost the water weight gained through my "indiscretion."
Breakfast today--a green smoothie (packed with fiber): kale, spinach, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, banana, soy protein, almond milk. Yummy! Now I'm ready for yard work--WooHoo!
