3 Pounds Down!

It's nice to see the hard work I've put in over the last week has paid off and I can see the results on the scale :) I always worry when I start over on my diet that I'm doing it wrong and that what I think is helping me to loose the weight is actually packing more on. Now I've just got to stick to it. This is where it really gets hard for me. I'll loose a few pounds and I'll think "I've done good, I can splurge a little" and it just leads to me getting off the diet completely. So I cant think that it's ok to splurge with my food, I need to find another way to reward myself. Maybe I'll buy that top I like from Torrid as my gift to myself :)
