My goal is to list at least three blessings every day.
Here are today's blessings:
1. Pizza buffet for lunch. Yes, I tracked all my food.
2. Walked to lunch and home again. I got a 60 minute workout and walked a total of 10036 steps yesterday.
3. I got to sleep in this morning.
4. Family, friends, and faith.
