Yea it's Monday

Tonight I will start week 3 of the turbulence training program and am all fired up and ready to go.
My yoga and walking have been going well and I have been feeling great, well balanced and happy.
I still have to watch what I eat very closely and track everything I eat, that has not been perfect, I had one major slip up last week and went way over my daily cals but apart from that everything was on track. Today is a fast day so I don't eat to supper time around 5pm.

    Can't get to all the stuff I'd like to every way late...just checking to see which of my friends are still amongst the Spark living.
