Tonight I will start week 3 of the turbulence training program and am all fired up and ready to go.
My yoga and walking have been going well and I have been feeling great, well balanced and happy.
I still have to watch what I eat very closely and track everything I eat, that has not been perfect, I had one major slip up last week and went way over my daily cals but apart from that everything was on track. Today is a fast day so I don't eat to supper time around 5pm.
