Im really going to be watching my salt intake and drinking my water this week.
I pushed myself to go a little harder this morning on the bike. Now I have to talk myself into getting on the treadmill in a minute.
I work all week until Friday and then I have 3 days off. My first 3 day weekend in FOREVER. It also happens to be my wedding anniversary weekend. I ALSO want to hit 309 by Monday....ugg! I could have picked a better date. lol
My weight loss comes like waves to the shore. The water comes in and then goes back out to sea...
My loss gets lower, then rises, then goes low again...just to turn around and go back up. I am just trying to go with it though and as long as it goes lower each time it comes down that's ok with me. That's my pattern, I'll go with it at long as I can understand it and work with it. It's a mind thing, but it's manageable I guess.
