Panic it's Monday

Ahhhh.... I feel like I didn't get anything accomplished over the weekend even though I did. I'm really trying not to panic but it's not going well. Lack of sleep last night isn't helping. Ok, Deep Breaths...it will all be okay.
Goals for today:
Complete at least 1 report
At least 2 strength exercises
Freggie with each meal and snack-not unless I count the lemon in my tea and the onions and pickles on my mcdonald cheeseburger
Write up weekly transition task list
128 oz of water and tea- 40oz tea and 48oz of water so far
Earn 20 points in the ABC challenge
Take and log all vitamins today
Complete at least 4 modules of CE
Stop and breath when feeling overwhelmed
Have a healthy day!
