Panic it's Monday

Ahhhh.... I feel like I didn't get anything accomplished over the weekend even though I did. I'm really trying not to panic but it's not going well. Lack of sleep last night isn't helping. Ok, Deep will all be okay.

Goals for today:

emoticon Complete at least 1 report emoticon

emoticon At least 2 strength exercises emoticon

emoticon Freggie with each meal and snack-not unless I count the lemon in my tea and the onions and pickles on my mcdonald cheeseburger

emoticon Write up weekly transition task list emoticon

emoticon 128 oz of water and tea- 40oz tea and 48oz of water so far

emoticon Earn 20 points in the ABC challenge emoticon

emoticon Take and log all vitamins today emoticon

emoticon Complete at least 4 modules of CE

emoticon Stop and breath when feeling overwhelmed emoticon

    Nothing is impossible for you to accomplish before you are dead and if you're posting here, I suspect you are still breathing. SO - don't panic and keep doing the best you can for yourself.

    When you started college, you didn't feel overwhelmed that it would take 4 years, you just plugged along one semester, one class, one exam at a time. Why would a weight goal be any different?
