Fresh Start

Well, I have gained almost all of my weight back. Over the last two years I have lost 50lbs and have not put 45lbs back on again. It is such a challenge to do this. Life gets so busy and we forget about ourselves and what we need to be doing to keep the lost weight off. I am now going to try being a vegetarian. Meat and portions have always been my fault. I am hoping this is the change that will make me watch closer. Wish me luck emoticon

    Keep on trying! And planning meals/snacks helps too! Check the site for all kinds of tips and strategies.
I, too, am trying to find my groove.... It's been 3 weeks for me now, and I've only lost 3 lbs (I have 47 more to go!!!) but I'm making slow progress --- and I've discovered many things I'm doing wrong but I'm working on changing it one habit at a time.
