We should eat every 3 to 4 hours to keep from getting too hungry. I agree this works for me, but really takes some planning.
I have found that I will make up for it later in the day or even the next day when I go too long without eating. My problem is keeping my portions in the correct range. I can easily eat a whole meals worth of calories every three to four hours!
I get up 6 days a week at 230AM to be at work at 430. It is a challenge to spread a days worth of calories over that many hours, but I am learning how to do that.
Some days I work until 430 in the afternoon and prepare dinner after that, just to have one cooked meal a day with my DH.
Does anyone else have a meal plan like this? Do you make it work?
Just saying it is a challenge.
