Sunday was day 4 of going to Snap Fitness every day. I got my 10000+ steps, mostly on the Treadmill and on an evening walk. No weight training today.
I went for a walk in the moonlight this evening to boost my steps to over 10,000.
Every day, my goal is to do strength training alternating days of upper and lower body machines. I will also spend time on the cardio machines, SF is delightfully air conditioned.
