Starting over again

Monday, June 24, 2013

Another bad week.

Starting again tomorrow. I am so tired of starting again. I feel so yucky.
I still haven't had any caffeinated sodas.

Please God give me strength and courage!!!!! I know I can't do this alone.

I'm starting over again, too. Together, we can do this.

Hey, I'm starting over today, too, so let's do this together. I've been at the same weight now since November '10 which is really pathetic, but I'm not back up to the 214# that I was when I joined Sparks, so I think that that is good. Had I not continued to sign in to Sparks daily, I know by now I'd be about 314#. People NEVER look at that as a SUCCESS, but I think of it that way. I'm at 175.4# today which is up 9# from what my "Tracker" says, so today I'm changing my tracker as I have left it there since November '10.
Let's do this. emoticon

think about this: we start over every day. what we did yesterday is in the past. we can't change anything we did in the past. so, every day is a fresh start.
