Smokin’ Body Summer Challenge Goals
My goals for this challenge are:
1) To get down to 160 lbs. by the end of August
2) To continue making healthy choices
3) To train for and run a 5k race
4) To get some exercise everyday
Since I have been on my weight loss journey since the end of December I was not sure what kind of goals to make for this challenge. I already have made and accomplished so many of the goals that I have set for myself. I have lost 50 lbs. since I started exercising and making changes in my diet. I have come so far already, but I still have a ways to go. I joined this challenge to help motivate me to keep going and to help reach my ultimate weight loss goal.
