30 days exact till my birthday. So I am going to challenge myself to a 30 day exercise, no junk food, or take out food challenge. :-) Today I worked my butt out at the gym. I pushed .. It felt great!! So lets see how things turn out. Ill continue to post about the workout. I want to make sure I stay motivated. So if there is someone who can keep an eye on me that would be great. A motivational buddy !!! So I can keep moving strong.
So I made a gym schedule of what classes I am going to take for the week. I am thinking of them as a required course that I must attend. So here goes nothing.
