I had a very busy afternoon at the YMCA in Gig Harbor. I started by warming up with some walking, went into some interval training with some rowing, crunches, and fast laps (1/5 jog [first time ever], 4/5 fast walk), then worked through the weight room and went to a water aerobics class. I crashed in the hot tub for about 20 minutes before I hit the shower and headed home.
Hopefully I will sleep well tonight!
