I started today without a juicer as my friend did not give me the cleaning tool. It has now been ordered and I should receive it in a week.
Not feeling hunger pains at all despite the limited foods. I followed all the recipes from the Day One of the reboot, with the exception of making a smoothie instead of juice. I added a protein isolate to the smoothie and water. This made sure I got enough protein throughout the day to keep my blood sugar even.
I could not eat all of my dinner. It was HUGE! Gave my husband what was left of my collard greens. They were too bitter for my taste. Next time I will add more olive oil and garlic as I did not add enough for the amount of greens I was cooking.
MAJOR caffeine headache. Husband brought me a Carmel Frappucino, which I took one sip of and told him to drink the rest. I am using my migraine medication to get rid of the headache. I am sure tomorrow will be MUCH better. Looking forward to seeing how much better I will feel eating much healthier. I never knew a Kale and Avocado salad could be so good!!
My husband may inadvertently try to sabotage my diet. He is trying to be nice brinbging me coffee and he wants to show off his cooking skills by trying to get me to taste the steaks he was cooking. I'll have to be VERY careful.. He is an awesome cook!
