So, yesterday I blogged about how I use coconut oil and feel its an incredible part of my weight loss. In sharing with a few others I began thinking about how when I do have a coconut oil smoothie I feel my body heat up. I have no idea if the heat is it actually burning the fat but I certainly feel the burn...

well, that makes me laugh! It literally does heat your body up!
So, I guess I didn't have a ton to say, but thought that may be interesting to others who may be considering adding this to their diet. Back in the day, it was thought to be very unhealthy and high in saturated fats or the idea that the fat would make you fat... luckily the tide is beginning to turn on that thinking.
Oh.. and I was down another pound today!!!
