Week 2 of the Smokin Summer Body challenge is ending tonight! (Organized by the Spark team "20 Somethings with 50-99 Pounds to Lose").
My goal for this challenge is to keep up, stay motivated all the way and manage my time so I can earn as much points as possible (and most of all exercise!!).
Overall goals for this period of time (2 months):
- Lose 20 lbs
- Fit in a size 10 (jeans)
- Streghten my arms and legs
- Flatten my belly
- Work out 3 to 5 times a week
- Lose between at 2500 to 3000 calories/week
- Control my food intake ( not easy with family and friends visiting + vacations but I WILL!)
