SB Phase 1 (Days 6 & 7)

Days 6 & 7 were at home. When I'm at home, things are harder. I think it's because there is no schedule. In addition, I like to eat out on the weekends and therefore it throws a bit of a wrench in my plan. I did not eat out this weekend. BUT....I wanted to. I REALLY wanted to. Maybe next weekend will be easier but this weekend was rough!

DAY 6 FOOD PLAN:

Breakfast: Faux Waffles & Sugar free syrup
Lunch: Turkey & Swiss roll up, 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 cup cucumber, radishes, & tomatoes
Snack: 4 tbsp peanut butter & 2 sugar free fudge pops (OVERBOARD)
Dinner: Turkey burger topped with hot sauce & sour cream & avocado, coleslaw with lowfat ranch & a green pepper

DAY 6 EXERCISE:
27 minute walk with my husband

DAY 7 FOOD PLAN:

Breakfast: Omelet with 2 eggs, one egg white, 3 slices canadian bacon, 1 oz mozzarella cheese & ricotta with strawberry sugar free jello
Snack: 1/2 serving pistachios
Lunch: Buffalo Chicken Salad with fat free ranch from Subway
Snack: No sugar added fudgepop & 2 tbsp peanut butter
Dinner: Turkey burger topped with salsa and avocado, 2 cups broccoli & cheese
Dessert: Mini cheesecake

DAY 7 EXERCISE:
Yoga

Oh - and I tried on a pair of shorts that I WILL fit into before the end of summer. Last week they wouldn't button and this morning I could get them buttoned. YIPPEE!
