    You can do this. There are so many great ideas here. I'll throw my two cents in. Find a work-out buddy, even if it's someone on here. Someone who is sharing in your goals helps.

    Here's to destroying those workouts this week. One thing that has been incredible this time is having this mud run race to shoot for. Somehow knowing it is only 7 weeks away and I HAVE TO get in the workouts in order to make it through it (even if I can't do all the obstacles) has helped motivate me. Perhaps pick a short term goal. Sometimes those long term ones make us feel burned out.

    Be more specific... WHAT are you going to do? At what time? Where? How long?... then put each day's plans in writing.. and right before you go to bed, read your plan for the next day and visualize it... and the next morning before you get out of bed (or while on the toilet - grin) read and visualize successfully completing your workout that day and feeeeel how good you're gonna feel when your done. Put a visual on your fridge - 5 days - then mark off each day you follow your plan...
Finally.. COMMIT.. go all in.. you WILL work your plan or die trying.. nothing.. no person, no excuse, no activity.. nothing will keep you from achieving this goal.. fake it if you must..

    Do you have a day-by-day plan? It helps me to know ahead of time what my workouts will be so I don't get all indecisive and give up.
