Summer Challenge Goals

My goals for the summer challenge this year is to get back to running consistently so I can be prepared to run 10 miles by end of August. Running is still difficult for me this year because I get lightheaded a lot when I run still. So running is my biggest goal. I would also like to have my size 10's start to feel lose on me.
