I normally set aside Saturdays as my long distance day. I've been concentrating more on time in the saddle vs distance. So, my plan was to bike 4 hours. The temperature was in the 90's and muggy. The course was hilly and a real challenge. We hung in there and finished with an extra minute to spare. I was careful with the hydration and finished the ride strong. However, the nutrition was not good. But, will not be tough on myself due to an otherwise great week. HOOAAA!!
