In my last blog post I mentioned I was trying to find a short plan to kick back into my healthy habits. I was a failure at Day 1 . . . but not by choice. I was working alone at a store, and spending time in and out of the bathroom when you're working alone is not a good thing. Especially when working at night . . . I could be in the bathroom and never know if someone came in or not. So the water drinking was put to a halt as soon as I knew my eight hour shift was going to be a lonely one. So a bit of an adjustment to my schedule was in order . . .
Today - Meal Planning and Shopping
Tomorrow - Water and a healthy start to the day!
Monday - 24 hours of healthy eating
Tuesday - Make an Exercise Plan
Wednesday - Gym
Thursday - Keep it all going!
Can you believe I may already be finding excuses to stay away from the gym. Really?!?!
I need to get over myself.
It's going to happen this week. It's GOT to happen this week.
