So today I started planning for my next week. Tomorrow is going to be a busy day with appointments and an interview, but instead of stressing over my job interview, I instead think of when I plan to squeeze in my exercises. I am so excited that my mind has completely switched to only think about things that I can control such as when I am going to exercise. I have never had this mind set before! I usually stress about things that haven't happened or things I can not control. I can see the results with the stress melting off and focus on becoming a healthier version of me.
