Started my new week off well! Planned my workouts, ate healthy, did a puzzle...today I got up and did yoga, had a healthy breakfast, and now I'm getting ready to walk the dogs! I am looking forward to being back on track! Part of my refocusing for this week is going back to using SP points as a reward for my working out...I had switched around to where I was getting my SP points instead of exercising! Change back!
I downloaded a walking meditation app to help with my morning walks...it has three options...I prepped some videos on my YouTube playlist...have my whiteboard set up...I resumed this journey 8 weeks ago! Hard to believe! Haven't lost many pounds, but noticeable differences in my middle section and my arms and butt! So while I am weighing myself I am not getting disappointed, it will come! My main focus is my health through exercise and healthy eating...the scale will drop eventually with my continued focus on movement and food choices! I am doing a 5K end July and an obstacle course race in August...so fitness is the priority!
I am enjoying this! Slow and steady...it is happening!
