Okay so Im not exactly the poster child for weight just "melting away" which at times is more than frustrating but today I want to take note of the Good Stuff that has happened on this journey....
The fridge looks almost empty by Thursday or Friday...why? because it was full of fruits and veggies that actually get eaten through the week.
Its hard to find any Junk food in the cupboards at all- in fact you have to make up a strange concoction if you are looking for something to splurge on in the house.
I'm actually interested in cooking new recipes for dinners
My kids actually expect veggies at dinner and there is not always bread or rolls at dinner
My kids have learned how the plate should be portioned with food
This is the Good Stuff I see happening
