I didn't end up running yesterday... I just fell asleep after dinner and slept forever. Yeahhh, I think I needed it. Today I'm taking it easy too... being active cooking walking, but not doing anything strenuous. I think the weekends need to be essentially rest days for me after a week of working hard. I'll run tomorrow morning.
Breakfast was a baked sweet potatoes w/ leftover primal chili from the freezer with and greek yogurt / avocado on top (yum). For lunch I had some canned tuna, nus, fruit salad, and mixed greens. Then for dinner I made miso-glazed cod and ginger-honey carrots.
I really need to go to the grocery store today because I'm almost completely out of fruits, vegetables, and eggs.. and we go through about 4 dozen eggs per week (I know, right?)... they are the cheapest high-quality protein money can buy. Time for some Whole Foods fun.
