I'm on a Summer challenge team and one of our goals this week is to write a goals blog. So here goes!
1. Obviously to lose weight, I would like to lose 20 lbs by summers end
2. Stay consistent with my eating habits
3. Eat more fruits and vegetables
4. Work out 6 days a week
5. Spend more time with my family
6. Get arid of the clutter in my house. Time for a garage sale!
7. Grow a garden
8. Cook most of our meals at home
This is just some of them. But these are the most important! Here we go summer!!!!
