You know you want it!!!

Sunday, June 23, 2013

Interesting that I always thought I did want it. Inwardly I did not want to do the do things to make it happen!!!
DO you want to be healthy?
I will commit to ever day making the time.
Every week scheduling and making sacrifices to be fit!
Walking right past the processed food department. Looking for and making Good Healthy recipe.

"Some people think they know soo much about health!" -Friends comment
I really thought about what She was saying. My Doctor should know about health right? She provided me with a Diet plan for Diabetics even though I am not. It was so old that you could tell it had been typed on a type writer. I was copied and copied on a angle and was even crackled and hard to read. I GOT a NEW doctor!!! And a new Diet plan.

THE TRUTH about sugar. Natalie on YouTube from my city has make many comments here. I pondered and have made changes.

You would have thought My Doctor was a solid source of information ? smarter?
But is She not!!!Out dated information and late for appointments to boot!

I had a Job to take care of ME perhaps it is the hardest Job. It comes with many tasks not just Do it with Exercise and eat right jobs. But Hard Jobs saying no to others and making time for me and my needs. Being a Mother a Wife a Friend are taxing jobs too. Balance, Determination, Stick -to -it -iveness! These I need. I am sure my Friend who allways laughs at me as She offers cookies thinking that I will appreciate her more for her great baking DOES NOT get it! Actually they are killing me softly with this kind of Love. So I am on the hunt for helpers and supporters and Truth teller who do know what is up Cause I want it!
THIS TIME I REALLY DO! one week to go to lose the last of this months goal 2Lbs.

    Oh, I hear you, Margaret!

I know people like that in my life as well. I once took a carefully measured out "dessert" that was easily trackable to someone's house for dinner one day (close family, so not like they would be offended by my bringing something like that, knowing my allergies, etc.). Anyway, the relative in question was visibly hurt and upset, not that I brought my own dessert, but that I wouldn't even "try" her dessert she had made.

*sigh* It's more than a full time job looking after oneself, and then to have guilt thrown in and suddenly have to deal with others' issues.

Oh, and by the way - PUT DOWN THE COOKIES. They make us fat!

There. Enough Truth for today's comment?
